Open Air lunch party, Abruzzo, Italy

May 2011 – Birthday lunch held in restored shepherd homes in the middle of the National Reserve Park of the Majella, Abruzzo.
No electric nor gas stove but cooking in wood fire oven & charcoal warm sheep milk ricotta made and delivered at location from nearby shepherd to prepare filling for the Sicilian cannoli, meat and fresh vegetables from local farmers the authentic ingredients of the traditional dishes.
