Set in the grounds of the fairytale Sandenburg estate, The Orangery provided the perfect venue for a dinner party. Our selection of finger aperitifs – crisp and fragrant bread of Altamura, topped with fresh broad beans and shaved parmesan; ‘crottes de chevre’ dipped in warm lavender flower honey and grilled skewered asparagus served with grated parmesan cheese – perfectly complemented the beautiful and fragrant gardens of the estate.
An essential ingredient to creating an unforgettable occasion is our obsession with detail – be it inscribing the names of each guest on to the wooden spears with which we serve our mignon melon and prosciuto balls; or the creating a sublime combination of fresh sea urchins and ceviche presented on a black napkin.
