Our selection of finger aperitifs – crisp and fragrant bread of Altamura, topped with fresh broad beans and shaved parmesan; ‘crottes de chevre’ dipped in warm lavender flower honey and grilled skewered asparagus served with grated parmesan cheese – perfectly complemented the beautiful and fragrant gardens of the estate.
