We had the most amazing time on Saturday!!!!!! It was the best thing we ever did.

Herewith I would like to thank you so, so much for the excellent food and beautiful presentation of the buffet table and the dinner tables and all the hard work…Everything looked more than perfect and I couldn’t have wished for more. Everybody loved the food!!!
It was more than enough and even at 3 at night people were eating the meatballs that were left over..
All tasted so,so good!!
I can imagine that this must have been so much work..Thanks again and I would recommend you to everybody. My boyfriend was so surprised and emotional about everything that he even proposed me ha ha so we will have a marriage next year and hopefully we’ll be in touch again for this event.

As this occasion is typically attended by a variety of senior corporate and governmental executives, high standards have to be met. Hello Gemma,
Sorry for my brief answer towards the food you prepared. Now I have some more time, so I would like to let you know that the food was very nice, especially the lasagna was exceptional. How did you prepare this, you used some kind of nuts inside or was this something else. the taste was really nice. Also the fish was very good, it didn’t dry out. The bresaola was a bit dry, so I liked the carpaccio more we had last time at our party. All en all the catering was really fine and thank you for preparing it.

At first we want to thank you for the amazing meals we were able to enjoy during our stay in Amsterdam last week!
I must say that it was the first time in my life that I’ve tried a Lasagne that was better than the one I make, haha now I have to step up a bit. But I bought a few bottles of your sugo di pomodoro so hope dies last
Your food is amazing and your staff is great, friendly and fun. It’s a great experience to basically sit “in” the kitchen and see the magic happen. I literally didn’t want to leave. You guys made me want to stay, learn to speak Italian properly and cook and bake all day
But enough now. You know all that
We would like to order a copy of your cookbook.
We hope you consider a branch in Germany. The Heidelbergers would love it!!

Our Party on the 5th September was a great success. The weather changed from wind, rain and cold, to sun and nice comfortable temperatures, at the moment that the party started in the afternoon. But moreover your catering was so wonderful, so very tasty, so well organised. It work out exactly the way we imagined it, and even better. And more moreover… the people working for Mondo were lovely. Very professional, but also kind, pleasant, hard working. It was a pleasure to have them around.

Dear Gemma and Giancarlo,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you both for preparing such a
wonderful farewell meal for us all back in December. I couldn’t have thought
of a more perfect way to say goodbye to all the people I love in Amsterdam.
The food was extraordinary, as usual – I have come to expect that! But, the
ambiance, the “gezelligheid”, the intimacy of the evening made it perfect.
And more generally, you two have been feeding me for a few years now.
Those sandwiches, that chocolate cake and tiramisu! The pastas, fish,
salads… I would probably have died of starvation if it wasn’t for you. (or
turned into a stale krentenbol met kaas!) You have been pivotal in making the
Czaar Peterstraat what it is today. I’m just sad that I can no longer partake of
that food,of yours.
Again, thank you so much for a very very special evening. All the best in the
coming years with your business. I will be sure to stop by for lunch when I
come to visit.
